3. The machine base and casing are welded together as a whole, with high load-bearing strength. The machine base is a flat plate structure, which lowers the center of gravity of the machine and reduces the installation space. The flat plate base can also be used as an operating platform, making it more convenient to operate. Configure liquid or rubber damping shock absorbers to effectively eliminate vibration and simplify daily maintenance.

③ Working principle
The working principle of the PDZ series centrifuge is to use the centrifugal force field generated by the high-speed rotation of the drum to separate the Chinese and liquid phases of the material. Main working principle: After the main engine is started to a certain speed (medium speed), the material enters the centrifuge drum through the feeding tube, and under the action of the centrifugal force field, the liquid is thrown out of the drum through the small holes on the sieve drum. The filter cake trapped on the sieve should be stopped from feeding when the thickness of the filter cake in the drum reaches (not exceeding the liquid blocking plate mouth, no material overflow). Press the high-speed button to perform high-speed dehydration. After the spin drying time is reached, press the stop button and the electrical control system will electrically brake the main engine. The electric hoist or other machinery will lift out the inner tank to discharge the material, completing the unloading process. The operation of each process on this machine is completely controlled by the operator.
